The main purpose of the EMEAC (Electoral Meeting of the EUROAVIA Congress) is to elect the future representatives of EUROAVIA at international level. The congress itself also includes Open Space Sessions, which allow the merge of different ideas and new solutions to existing problems. The International Events Working Group gives great importance to the organization of this event since it represents the structural backbone of EUROAVIA.

There are two congresses of EUROAVIA organized every year. Their aim is to provide the discussion atmosphere where the main decision taking body can prepare the future of our Association. In 2016, EUROAVIA București hosted AMEAC (The Annual meeting of the EUROAVIA Congress), a similar event to the one presented in this section, with the aim of discussing the plans and goals of the EUROAVIA business year. With a similar structure and scope, the event was successful and stands as an example of how to organize and prepare for the activities to come.

The participants in the event are aerospace students, active members of EUROAVIA Affiliated Societies – 40 people in total. They will be selected in accordance with the application rules presented in the following section.
